The main purpose of the present study was to calculate percentile curves for total sleep duration per 24 hours, for nighttime and for daytime sleep duration from early infancy to late adolescence to illustrate the developmental course and agespecific variability of these variables among subjects.

Whole Food Supplements Better than Vitamins

I have four children between the ages of 3 and 14 years, and all of them are picky eaters. I am concerned that their inconsistent eating habits may cause harm over time. Out of frustration, I have been using daily multivitamins for all of them. My friend told me that whole food supplements would be a better choice. Is this true?
